Artwork requirements
Vector art files only. (.AI, .EPS, High Resolution PDF) Image files such as high-res .jpegs, .pngs, flattened .pdfs, and .svgs are not accepted for production art. Minor adjustments, like line weight or font size, might be needed for better engraving. We'll inform you of any changes for digital approval. For art layout services, refer to the Art Layout Service section on our product page.
Our process for production
Upon purchase you will be sent a confirmation link to login and upload your artwork. We will share a 1:1 production approval document so you can view & print the document. You will then respond with either production approval or a revision request. (One revision request per layout permitted per art layout). Allow for 7-10 days production from date of approval.
